PrintReleaf is the world’s first platform for automated reforestation and carbon offsetting. We measure paper and packaging consumption at businesses, equate it to the number of trees harvest and carbon emitted, then automate the reforestation of those trees and/or offsetting of carbon emissions through projects around the world.

What you'll do:

  • Manage current environmental partnerships.
  • Recruit additional partnerships and future capacity.
  • Manage negotiations, due diligence and onboarding of new partners.
  • Build a process for adding, managing and retiring reforestation and carbon projects.
  • Manage purchasing for all reforestation and carbon projects.
  • Primarily oversee and coordinate all PrintReleaf Standard updates.
  • Schedule and coordinate all reforestation project audits with SGS.
  • Support sales and marketing as a PrintReleaf environmental subject matter expert (SME).
  • Become an SME on the Verified Carbon Standard.
  • Become an SME on all LCA’s we do or may support.
  • Manage project retirements and corrective actions requests (CARs).
  • Execute monthly carbon offset retirement process on the Verra registry.
  • Stay current on evolving Government requirements (e.g. AB 1305, PAS 2060, etc.).
  • Identify and align PrintReleaf with reporting external frameworks (CDP, GRI, SBTI, etc.).

What you bring:

  • 3+ years professional experience in an environmental management role.
  • Strong ability to create and execute operational processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bonus qualifications:
    • Experience working with reforestation and carbon offset project developers.
    • Experience or education in environmental sustainability or green tech.
    • Experience or education in printing technologies.
    • General business acumen.
