California’s Tehama County within the Thomes Creek watershed was devastated by the 2020 August Complex Fire. These wildfires have left the lands barren and destroyed habitat for the North Spotted Owl. This project focuses on post-fire conifer reforestation and supports the recovery of wildlife habitat.
Current photos are representative for the Thomes Creek watershed area. The planting season has not started and, as such, new photos are not available yet.
